Ticket Purchase & Event Access

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Your ticket grants access to conference sessions, lunch, and designated networking opportunities.

  • Tickets are transferable up to 7 days before the event by notifying us at Info@oi-bc.org.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the program, including speakers, session times, and venue layout, without prior notice.

2. Code of Conduct

To ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all attendees:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access to the event without refund in the case of disruptive or unsafe conduct.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials presented at the conference, including but not limited to speaker presentations, slides, logos, and branding, are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, distributed, or used without express permission.
